The staff were helpful when we
Had a late-night check-in, everything was prepared ahead of time. The room was clean, and the breakfast options were excellent. The air conditioning could be quite noisy during the night.

Relatively quiet position, we really enjoyed staying here.

The truth you're looking for
The staff was friendly and made check-in smooth, but the dirty bathrooms left a sour taste. Just manage your expectations.

The staff were great! Recommended a restaurant (The Mountaineer) nearby which turned out to be super. Clean room, comfy bed and pillows and okay breakfast. Easy access on/off the I-77!
Nothing that jumped out at me!

Just a nice choice for short visits in Bridgeport with good value. The room had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Avoid peak times if you're looking for a quieter stay.

Great breakfast! Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendliness of Front Desk Staff. Liked the Mini Fridge for medications.
Microwave in room would be nice for popcorn which I love

Convenient to the I 79, and halfway from Asheville, NC to Buffalo, NY, not on a city or airport hotel row, reasonable cost, and recommended by my cousin as a good clean place with a true Inn-like atmosphere (real cloth shower curtain nicely arranged, wash cloth pockets on the hand towels, shelves in useful places, breakfast bar, decor) with the conveniences of a large, franchise hotel (wifi, nice work station, good lighting, HD TV, light quilt), convenient gas station and restaurant. I got a good night's sleep before another long day's drive. Thank you.
Could have used a valise valet, but the padded stool/hassock was O.K. Could have used a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. An ice-bucket just isn't the same.

The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. The kids adored the flavored waffles. We took some time to explore the local nature trails, perfect for strolls with the babies.
My kids wished there was a play area for them to unwind.

Staff was excellent. There was a major accident on highway, when we called to say we were running late, they said they had heard, and to be careful. They even had warm cookies available after we came back from diner.
Nothing

The room itself was brand-new, well-kept with comfortable beds and had the things we needed. The location turned out to be relatively quiet and easy, just next door to many restaurants, and the conveniences of a large, franchise hotel, convenient gas station and restaurant.

We explored the nature trails and checked out the reconstructed frontier fort nearby. The hotel was clean, comfy, and easy to access from the interstate. Plus, it has a convenient gas station right next door. Perfect for our group getaway!
Unfortunately, the internet was tough to connect to, and the pool was closed for maintenance .

The staff was very friendly and breakfast provided was great! The room was very nice and clean although a frig in the room would have been nice. Over all my stay was great and will prob go back again soon.
Not having a frig in my room ..other than that it was great

We liked that they were ready for us at check in. And the wifi worked well
The bathroom had hair all over the floor. There was urine on the toilet seat. We got in very late on our cross country drive and it was as if they just made the beds and called it clean. I stay in many Hampton Inn's and I have never been so disappointed or disgusted. We had our 5 year old with us and it was already midnight so we just slept and left by 7am. But for the hotel name and $140 I was incredibly disappointed. To say the least
